LONG REVIEW - A Christmas Carol

"Scrooge gave Bob more money, helped his family and did much more. Tiny Tim did NOT die and Scrooge was a second father to him. He became a good friend, a good manager and a good man. A few people laughed at him, of course, but he knew that some people always laugh at anything new, strange, and good. He often laughed now, and that was the most important thing to him. He didn't see the Spirits again, and he celebrated every Christmas with all his heart. And, like Tiny Tim, he said, 'God bless everyone!'"

     This is a story about Scrooge who is a clever businessman but he is a cold and solitary man. He abused his nephew who called him to the Christmas party. When he returned home, the ghost of his partner Marley who died seven years ago, appeared to inform him of the misery after his death. And he told him that 3 spirits will appear from now. As the prophecy, three spirits named "Christmas ghosts" of the past, present and future will appear, took scrooge space-time to show himself in the past, present and future world. Scrooge who showed himself to his miserable death tomb, woke up and vows to be converted, and then becomes a good man.

     It was really memorable thing that Scrooge changed his mind. He was a grumpy at first, but he changed to a kind man. He thought negative, but thinking to positive way made him to be happy. I understand him because sometimes I cannot think positive like him. But I learned being convinced doesn't make better feeling and it makes things worst. It is important to accept others and try to be tolerant.

     In 3rd literature circle, we took many quizzes. We enjoyed them a lot and it help to understand the book. I gave a word quiz which was a little difficult. My teammate took some mistakes but they were enjoying knowing new idioms. I also learned them for making its quiz so it was very nice opportunity to get those skills.
